Voice Dialogue:

By recognizing and initiating dialogue between and directly to the various aspects of ourselves (the enabler, the procrastinator, the victim, the reactor, the passive one, the fearful one, the angry one, the addict self, etc.), we can externalize these “selves”. This opens you up to more conscious choices as opposed to habitually reacting as you have in the past.

Voice dialogue allows you to learn about your primary selves and your disowned parts. Much of our primary self develops unconsciously to protect our vulnerability — a way of coping. The disowned parts of ourselves are kept hidden away from our awareness. The objective in this process is integrating the many parts of ourselves in a more fully functioning way.
