Life Coaching:

Learning to incorporate behaviors that are more positive, pro-active and disciplined in a structured manner is the basic characteristic of life coaching. This helps you become better organized, focused and connected to your intentions. Setting small incremental goals and charting your progress daily is part of this process. Slowly removing obstacles, resistances, fears and limitations to healthy and positive behaviors is an important part of life coaching.

Empowering yourself to feel more purposeful and inspired by your dreams is strongly encouraged. The mantra for change is: I intend to stay connected to the awakened state of my life, regardless of the surrounding situation. I intend to feel as good as I can in spite of my past.

These kinds of healing practices nurture greater awareness, clarity and acceptance of what is happening in the moment. Practicing being in the present, letting go of the past, and being co-creators of the future will bring more satisfaction, lasting happiness and less stress to our minds and bodies.
