Meditation:

Meditation involves moving beyond your thinking mind to an inwardly still place without words or thoughts. The meditative process, achieved through walking or sitting, is initiated by releasing and letting go of our active mind and focusing on the breath in order to gently transition into a meditative state.

In the stillness, the practice brings increased awareness of our witnessing self, without judgment or reaction. This leads to more of an awareness between our “beingness” vs. “doingness.”
